Baby Recall Watch Privacy Policy

Baby Recall Watch helps households save child-product identifiers, review possible recall matches from official public notices, and keep a local review state before a family decides what to do next. This policy describes the Android release identified by package com.kkun.babyrecallwatch.

Data processed by the app

The app processes product details and notes that you enter, such as product name, brand, model, category, review state, and optional household notes. The app may also process the official notice links you choose to open.

These records stay on your device in the current release. The developer does not operate an account system or an app server that receives your saved child-product records.

Official notices and sharing

The app helps you review possible matches from official public recall notices, but it does not make a final safety decision for you. You should confirm the original official notice before you stop using, return, repair, or dispose of a product.

Sharing happens only after an explicit user action. If you choose to share a household summary, Android shares only the content you approve at that moment.

Notifications

Notification permission is used only for optional reminders or status prompts that you enable. The current release is designed so reminders should avoid exposing detailed purchase information on the lock screen.

Accounts, advertising, and analytics

No account or sign-in is required. The current release does not include advertising or AdMob integration and does not use the advertising ID.

The current release does not include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

Payments

An optional one-time Lifetime Pass is processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes payment information under Google's privacy terms. The app receives entitlement status and does not receive full payment-card details.

Data retention and deletion

You control the records stored by the app. You can remove saved products in the app, clear app data in Android settings, or uninstall the app to delete local data from the device.

Children

The app is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults reviewing household child-product safety information. It is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the corresponding Google Play declarations will be updated before release.
