Refund Claim Guard helps users organize return deadlines, proof steps, refund milestones, reminders, and user-initiated exports. This policy describes the current Android release identified by package com.kkun.refundclaimguard.
The app processes case details that you enter, including retailer, item, amount, dates, checklist status, notes, reminder settings, and references to files you select.
These records stay on your device in the current release. The developer does not operate an account system or a server that receives this case data.
Proof images or documents are used only when you select them. Local notification permission is used only if you enable a case reminder.
Export and sharing happen only after an explicit user action through the Android sharing interface.
No account or sign-in is required. The current release contains no advertising or AdMob integration and does not use an advertising ID.
The current release does not include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
An optional one-time Lifetime Pass is processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes purchase and payment information under Google's privacy terms. The app receives purchase entitlement status and does not receive full payment-card details.
You control the records stored by the app. You can remove individual cases in the app or remove all local app data through Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
The app is intended for adults managing purchases and returns. It is not directed to children.
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the corresponding Google Play declarations will be updated before release.
