Seat & Team Maker Privacy Policy
Seat & Team Maker (com.kkun.team_seat_maker) is provided by AF ENC. This policy explains what the app stores locally, what Firebase Analytics processes, and how the optional Google Play purchase works.
Data kept on the device
Names entered by the user, assignment settings, recent generated results, and the verified lifetime-access state are stored locally on the device. The app does not require an account and does not upload names, generated assignments, or copied result text to a developer-operated server. Local data remains until the user clears app data, removes it in the app where supported, or uninstalls the app.
Analytics data
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure whether the core assignment flow works and which privacy-safe features are used. Firebase may process app interactions, app-instance or Firebase installation identifiers, device and app technical information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and purchase events.
The app's custom events use allowlisted values and coarse count buckets. They do not include entered names, free text, clipboard contents, or generated assignment text. Analytics collection is enabled for this release. Advertising ID collection and personalized-ad signals are disabled. The app contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads.
Purchases
The optional lifetime-access product is sold through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the transaction. The app does not receive payment-card details. It receives purchase and entitlement state needed to unlock the paid feature, and a purchase event may be measured by Firebase Analytics.
Processing and sharing
Google and Firebase process analytics and purchase-related data as service providers for app measurement and Google Play functionality. AF ENC does not sell personal data. Data is not shared with unrelated third parties for advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Security, retention, and deletion
Firebase and Google Play data is encrypted in transit. Local app data remains on the device until it is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics for Firebase retention settings and may also exist in aggregated reports. Because the app has no user account, a deletion request may require enough non-secret technical information to identify the relevant app instance.
Children
The app is not designed to collect children's personal information. Names used for local assignments are not sent to Firebase Analytics or a developer-operated server.
Changes
This policy may be updated when app behavior, SDK use, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
